Mercedes-Benz Service A & Service B Guide

Inside a Mercedes-Benz service center with a service technician maintaining a vehicle

Regular maintenance is crucial for keeping your Mercedes-Benz running smoothly and ensuring its longevity. Since 2009, Mercedes-Benz has implemented a standardized service schedule for all models to simplify maintenance and ensure optimal performance. The two primary service intervals are Service A and Service B. Service A is performed every 10,000 miles or 1 year, whichever comes first, and Service B is performed every 20,000 miles or 2 years, whichever comes first. Below, we provide a detailed chart outlining what each service includes. For any questions or to schedule a service, please contact a service advisor at 866-611-2194.
