Joe Cardello and his team at MB of Delray went above and beyond in ensuring that I appropriately built my MB GLE350. Understanding my preferences, we started from ground zero and created the perfect SUV for me. From ordering to keeping me updated on progress as the vehicle was built, to delivering my new car, the team at Delray was completely supportive and responsive. The finance team was helpful with payments and explaining additional (optional) protection plans, and Kamryn was great about setting me up in Mercedes Me... they often responded on their days off and always with pleasant and welcoming attitudes. I cannot thank them enough and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new GLE350!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!

My service advisor was Kevin Suarez. He has been my Service Advisor. for a few years. Kevin has always been professional and very pleasant to deal with. He has made every visit as easy as possible. He is helpful and honest with information and able to deal with any concern that is presented. Kevin is an asset to that Mercedes Dealership! I highly recommend Kevin.

horrible experience, made appointment they said I'm going to have to drop my car off and it will take two and a half hours. called multiple times 6 hours later no answer no return call,arriving at the dealership they had trouble finding my vehicle and also who actually even made the appointment 45 minutes the car shows up nothing done they said sorry will call you back when we receive the parts,,beware stay away from this place

After telling the salesperson on the phone that if they aren’t going to negotiate, I don’t want my time wasted, they had me come up, didn’t negotiate and wasted my time with no apologies. Rude and unprofessional GM who was dismissive. Clearly they don’t care about an individuals time. Horrendous experience

Service took too long. Car not ready even though I arrived after they said the car was ready. Had an appointment for new tires. When I got there, I spoke with a service manager. The tires I wanted were not in stock so he ordered them. I was to return a couple of days later to have them installed. When I called to make sure the tires were there, I could get no one to return my calls. I tried the main number as well as the managers. I left messages no response. I ended up buying tires elsewhere.

In for a routine annual service, but service was beyond what I anticipated. Service manager, Timothy, managed the process in a professional way. Intake took only a few minutes. Estimated service time was on the money. Waiting area was comfortable and work tables were available. Car was serviced in the estimated time-frame and retrieved by the service manager: hands on, communicative, reliable. Based on this and past experience, highly recommend.

After I asked a few questions about the vehicle I was looking at he just hung up on me. Not sure why he is working in sales if he doesn’t like talking to people.

I was at MB of Delray for a recall on the software of my car. The recall went smoothly and was on time. I asked the service advisor to have my car washed and it was not washed. I also asked him to help me figure out how to work parking assistance and he was of marginal help. I will most likely go back there for service as they are conveniently located to where I live.

I'm embarrassed that I even wasted my time contacting their Service Department. This weekend my charity is presenting a Car Show and all proceeds go to High School kids with cancer to insure their College dreams aren't missed. We're giving away a Mercedes engine and suspension tuner and simply asked for some social media coverage, and a nice donation wouldn't hurt. The service manager had no time for me and was very irritated that I was taking up his time. For a local Cancer benefit for kids with radio and print coverage. WOW.

The first question the AutoNation website asked me was the VIN with provides the exact details of the equipment in the vehicle. I had assumed that the card I owned had leather seats and I check that box, the VIN clearly pointed out that they were MB-Tex (no leather) so AutoNation should not have quoted me a price as leather (rare in c-class 4%). Some bright analyst must have realized that this is a great trap.

Nice staff but they take to long to fix things and cost more than anyone else!! On my last visit there was total confusion with the staff. I came in at 7 AM for my appointment and there were no advisers present. The advisor I was dealing with never showed up or even made a call. Later that day he called me after another advisor took care of me. I told him what the problems were And asked him to call me when the car was done in the next day. I never got a phone call I had to call over there and they told me it was ready. I got there my advisor was taken care of a customer and as he was stepping away I told him I was here to pick up my car and he said two minutes. I waited over 25 minutes and the customer at his desk was fuming because he was waiting also. One of the other advisers I walked over to and he helped me and the gentleman was very nice. I did talk to the manager who called me on my way home and told them not all the problems were solved and I proceeded to tell him about his organization. I said what management is there at 7 AM to make sure everything is good on opening and he said no one. He is going to look into certain things and will talk to the director.Very unhappy with my experience the other day and don’t understand why this Mercedes dealership is going downhill. Hopefully they will improve.

The "A" service itself was fine. However , trying to make an appointment for that service was a huge problem. Trying by phone always left me "10th in the cue" ...not 4th or 7th...but always 10th. (three times) . I left a message with phone number and NEVER received a call back. This is a bad joke and indicates that my call was decidedly NOT "important to us", as you voice message system says. You're not fooling anyone. Trying to make the appointment via your website also proved disastrous. I have no cell phone listed with you and consequently was not allowed to make the appointment that way. Finally my wife found a way to do it buy texting which saved me a trip to the dealership. Very bad show and extremely frustrating. For the money you charge your service should be impeccable. It ain't !!!!

Waited 9 months for new door panel as handle to open door broke. When they were going to replace panel the tech saw that only the clip broke. They replaced the clip and saved me $1500 due to their honesty. I would definitely give service 5+ stars however the wait was excessive so parts get 2 stars.

Brought my newly-purchased car in without an appointment as I had a flat tire. Had to wait for the following day as tire was in at another dealership. Our rep, Shawn, took wonderful care of us. The only problem I had was the interior of my car was full of fingerprints all over the white leather interior of my Maybach. I was very upset as chalked this up to workman not being mindful of their dirty arms and hands. The driver’s armrest and steering wheel were filthy. Wanted to complain but husband did not want me to. But, feel the dealership should be aware to make sure whoever is working on a white leather interior has clean arms and hands!

Everyone at this dealership is professional, courteous and patient. Due to supply line issues and chip shortages, my order was delayed. I was continually updated with the status including manufacture, shipping, port arrival and delivery dates. The salesman and General Manager are experienced and responded promptly to numerous questions. As much as I hate buying cars from dealerships, this purchase was very pleasant. I will be back for my next purchase!!

I have to say that my experience there was terrible. I have complained about my back up camera not working properly since 2019. Back then they told me they didn't see any problem. Then Covid 19 hit and I didn't drive for a long time. Recently, I took my car in to have it serviced and complained about the camera again. They finally fixed it but charged me over $400 because it wasn't under warranty any longer. They told me that MB wouldn't cover it and that they were doing me a favor only charging me 1/2.

I personally had a terrible experience . My car was brought in on Saturday , item was out of stock . Promised on Monday received after 13 calls on my phone finally spoke to someone who said your cost Is 553 and we will deliver because you were treated terrible on Tuesday . It’s now Wednesday after 4 more calls still no car and it’s now Wednesday . I can’t really end this because I still have not heard from anybody about my car . I bought my car paid for every penny they asked for signed a 4,000 contract to take care of my car no loaner available , put in a Lyft car during COVID _19 sent home . The only way to describe my Experience is not to . It’s just so shameful for them . Asked to speak to GM was left waiting on the phone. So finally hung up. I will let you know if I ever received my car in my next review. Not sure anybody Cares At Mercedes Benz of Delray . Like I said I will post when I get my car to tell if I ever will. I am 81 years old And have no way to get my car. Sorry to have to tell the truth but it needed to be told.

I didn't know exactly what encompassed the service I needed to do. I believed that I would be informed about everything that was done on the car and more than that, I believed that they would take care of all the details. To my surprise when I arrived to pick up the car at the end of the day, there was no one who could explain what was done to the car, let alone where it was. After a while they managed to find the car and believe me, they delivered the car to me dirty inside, they cleaned the outside very superficially and I could see that the details I raised earlier in the day were not done. Terrible service. I do not recommend.

It was a good experience. The car did have two small areas of damage/touch up paint on the bumper that we noticed on final inspection that salesperson was not aware of but he would not adjust price at all even though it ?was new?. That?s the only complaint.

I worked with Hamsa Masri at Mercedes of Delray and she was terrific! From the first day I walked into the dealership until picking up my car four months later, Hamsa was always extremely attentive and very knowledgeable about the different vehicles I was considering. She ultimately helped me settle on the perfect car that checked all of my boxes, sat with me while I selected all of the options, and was patient with me after I changed some of the options a couple weeks later. The car ended up being delivered a month ahead of schedule and I am thrilled with the outcome...I owe it all to Hamsa! I strongly recommend working with her if you are in the market for a new Mercedes.

I am in my mid 90's, my wife not far behind. I needed a tire replacement as the technology for our car does not include a spare; it requires replacement. My wife fell, requiring hip surgery, she can hardly sit, let alone drive; we had just returned to Florida after staying up North because of 'covid', every friend, neighbor,, contact we had was unavailable or didn't drive. It was Friday morning, my tire was flat, After diligent effort, I was able to arrange a tow to the shop, but I needed to have Mercedes do the work and complete while I waited; alternatively I had no vehicle, no ability to go out to shop, go to restaurants or outside activities. Tim Owens of Mercedes of Delray understood the situation, asked me to give him the specific tire replacement required, verified he had them in stock; told me to call the tow truck. When we arrived, the car was immediately sent to the shop, all necessary work done and I was able to leave before 4 PM. THAT ... Is stepping up to the plate, when you need them. I have a service advisor who I really like but she is away for personal reasons so they just assigned me to this other service person who is so extremely inexperienced and so non-interested and absolutely was a non-responsive person. I had to call him 3 or 4 times to get an update on my car. It is almost impossible to get through Mercedes phone system.. just so bad and so inefficient. They need major communication improvement.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership and have had both them only serviced here. Timothy, Shawn, David and the whole service team are always lovely and fair. Even when they are busy they show they care. I was having a pretty rough day (not anything to do with my car last being serviced) and Tim took the time to ask me if I was ok, as responsive and fair.

I have been having service at this location since 2016 and never once did I experience any negativity or lack of care. This is rare in car service and why I keep returning. I have purchased two cars from this dealership and have had both them only serviced here. Timothy, Shawn, David and the whole service team are always lovely and fair. Even when they are busy they show they care. I was having a pretty rough day (not anything to do with my car last being serviced) and Tim took the time to ask me if I was ok, as responsive and fair.

From the first moment we entered the dealership, I knew immediately that I was going to buy my car there. We brought our car in for service, detailed what was wrong and none of them were fixed. When we picked up the car the traction control lights were on as well as other warning lights. We immediately took it back and they are working on it again. We'll see what happens next. Our hopes are high as we have had great results there before.

My recent service experience with Mercedes-Benz of Delray was awesome! I was nervous at first considering it was a Friday afternoon, but Michael Vollrath reassured me everything would be done in a timely manner. He went over my coverages and advised me what would be serviced on my car. I was provided with transportation to and from my home. When the service was completed and I got my car back, I was highly satisfied. Thanks for making my experience smooth and untroubled.

The a/c of my C300 wasn’t making cold air. They charged me US$ 300 for an “a/c inspection” that results in “unable to see any leak. Need to recharge the gas and check again”. Then I take my car to a garage specialized in MB and they told me “the a/c compressor burnt out and that is very common in this cars” without charging me for that diagnosis. I spent US$ 1.200 to replace the compressor and now it’s working well. I really don’t understand why Mercedes Benz Of Delray take my US$300 for such a poor diagnosis. I complained about that and the answer was “that is the rule and there is nothing I can do. We need to charge for the service”. I do not recommend the Mercedes Benz of Delray maintenance service. Go to any specialized garage and receive a much more fair price for a better service.
